This 2/2 lakefront cabin has a living/dining room, full kitchen, satellite TV, Hi-speed internet, and stacked washer/dryer. The large shaded stone patio has both propane and charcoal grills and a 4 person dining table and an 8 person picnic table. The living room offers large windows with amazing lake views. The dock is great for boating, fishing, sunbathing, floating, and swimming. We are located 20 minutes South of Graham, 90 minutes West of DFW, & 90 minutes East of Abilene. The kitchen, dining, and living area is an open concept space. The kitchen has a 13 ft island, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, stove, and oven. The living room has a large dining room table that will seat 10, pool/ping pong table, couch and loveseat, and TV with Dish Network & Netflix. The water is 25 - 30 feet deep off the dock and has bumpers and ties along the side to tie-down a boat. The shoreline off the patio is steep and rocky and is not suitable for small children. There are steps down to the water from the walkway. We have fed the fish (Catfish & Carp) for many years. They will come to the shore and walkway when you give them pieces of bread or dog food. You will also see a few hummingbirds that migrate to our cabin every year. Paddle Sport Rentals, LLC will delivery Paddle Boards and Kayaks to the cottage, let me know if you'd like to reserve some of these for your trip. Possum Kingdom Lake offers a variety of options for guests to rent boats and personal watercraft or hire a guide for a fishing trip. Beautiful three bedroom 1940's lake cottage on the west side of Possum Kingdom Lake! You can enjoy the views of the lake while swimming in the gorgeous pool or relaxing on the patio. This is a great family get away or a girls/guys weekend! **No dock on property. There are boat launches within a few miles of the property. **NO PETS ALLOWED ** We have security cameras on the outside of the house. While swimming in our large pool enjoy views of the lake! There's a big tanning ledge and bar stools on the opposite side in the shade. There is plenty of outdoor seating around the pool to lay in the sun. You can play a game of darts. Be sure you bring your own portable speaker to enjoy music by the pool! Gas grill on front porch & charcoal grill outback (charcoal is NOT provided). You have access to the main house. The garage is not accessible to guests. **All vehicles including boats, jet skis, etc must be parked in the driveway. No parking allowed on the grass. Our property manager is available in emergency situations and her information can be found in the binder in the dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV. There is wall fire/heat unit to produce extra heat in the winter. There is a closet for storage. The master bath is connected with a shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. This bedroom opens to the living area. There are french doors that also lead into bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and views of the pool and lake. There are two restaurants nearby: Fox Hollow and Possum Hollow. Possum Hollow offers carry-out pizza. Both also offer boat slips that you can rent which is a good option since our property does not have a dock. You might need to book in advance. Possum Hollow has a convenient store for any last minute items you might have forgotten. If you would like to rent a boat those options are on the east side of the lake. *Please note that our pool service comes weekly on Wednesday and does their best to be finished by 4:00pm. The pool service must be completed weekly to ensure the pool is clean. This is non-negotiable. *Please keep in mind that this is an older home in a country setting. While we love our property and do our best to maintain it, occasionally insects make their way inside. We keep some spray under the sink in case it is needed. One for insects and one for wasps. *There are a few stair steps on all porches with no hand railing. There is also no hand railing in the pool.

My home was built in 2012, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath 2600 sq. ft. 2 story. This home sleeps 8 with comfort. One bedroom with queen bed is located downstairs, with a nice size bath just steps away. This bathroom consist of a walk in shower only. The two other bedrooms (queen beds) upstairs share a full bath that consist of a walk in shower. The master bedroom with a king size bed, has full view of the lake, has a walk in shower and a garden tub. Off of the master bedroom, is a balcony, that you can enjoy your cup of coffee or just sit and read a book. The kitchen, dining and living are all open concept. The kitchen has stainless steel double oven, 5 burner gas stove, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave with granite counter-tops through out. There is a Keurig coffee maker and all necessary appliances to make you feel as if you are at home. Step outside onto the patio with a beautiful fire pit for your use. You can sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the nice breeze with the fire keeping you warm. A dock is NOT on this property, but you can easily beach your boat on the sandy beach. A charcoal grill is provided. We also have cornhole boards, paddle board and inside games and DVD player with many movies. Location is ideal and very close to Bluff Creek Marina and close access to famous Hell's Gate at Possum Kingdom Lake. Personal dock on lake to keep boat or SeaDoo and great for fishing. There are beds to sleep 10 people (1 king, 2 queen, 2 twins, 1 bunk bed). There are twin mattresses that can be put on floor in game room for additional sleeping. Blow up mattresses are allowed for bigger groups to provide additional sleeping. Great time in summer or winter!

This apartment DOES NOT have a full kitchen or separate bedrooms. It has a king and queen bed to accommodate guests. Plenty of room to bring an air mattress as well for additional guests sleeping arrangements. No inside bathroom, you use slip tenants bathroom, has granite counters, 2 large walk-in showers, very nice. When you rent apartment you also get a Free launch and trailer parking for you boat, also transient slips are available to rent for over night parking for you boat.
